  1. What Types of Jobs Can Be Filled?

    Incept DG Academy can currently be used to find talent in the following roles in the Data Governance Early Careers category:

    • Data Governance Analysts (Junior/Mid/Senior)

    • Data Quality Engineers (L1/L2)

    • Data Stewards

    • Data Privacy Associates

    While Incept DG Academy can assist with staffing for various roles, please note that not all positions may be available at the moment. The catalog of available roles will expand over time, and we welcome your suggestions for additional roles to be added.

  2. Can I hire talent through Incept DG Academy through an employment contract?

    No. The talent you hire enters into a contractual agreement directly with Incept DG Academy. Incept DG Academy will then invoice you for the approved worked hours.

  3. Who will my company have a contractual relationship with?

    By default, you will enter into a service agreement with Incept DG Academy that facilitates the delivery of staffing and workforce management products and services. Additionally, you may request that contractors sign supplementary agreements directly with your company, such as NDAs.

  4. Can I use Incept DG Academy for short-term or project-based collaborations?

    No. Incept DG Academy specializes in long-term, full-time collaborations and does not operate in the gig or project-based market. While we do not require a minimum contract term commitment, it is important to know that Incept DG Academy talent is seeking full-time, long-term employment opportunities.

  5. How much time does it take to hire someone through Incept DG Academy?

    We aim to schedule the first interview within a few days, issue your first offer within 1-2 weeks, and have the talent start working for you within another 2-4 weeks.

  6. Are there any limitations to terminating the relationship with a contractor?

    Our goal is to foster fair and open relationships between job seekers and hiring companies. We recommend a 2-week notice period for amicable terminations. However, same-day terminations are possible if circumstances necessitate them.

  7. Who bears the liability in cases of contractor misconduct?

    Contractors hired through Incept DG Academy are not employees of Incept DG Academy. Incept DG Academy acts as a staffing company that enables your company to augment its teams with a remote workforce. Incept DG Academy will not bear any liability or obligations for any acts or omissions of the contractors, except in cases of Incept DG Academy's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
