Our Hiring
Process

We use four steps in our recruiting process:

  • First, our academy recruiters will look at your resume and assess if your skills and education match our program requirements, by reviewing your application, your resume and cover letter.
    Submit your application online through our website. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with or without prior experience in data governance.

  • Get to know you - Junior consultants and managers typically conduct our first-round interviews, during this interview, you will be asked to submit your transcripts, and asked typical resume questions and FIT questions, this will allow us to learn about your accomplishments, understand your motivations and passions, to gain a better understanding of your background, interests, and career goals, and to hear from you why you’re seeking to join our academy and why a career in data governance.

  • PEI – If you advance to the second round, you will be interviewed by firm partners, who will conduct a Personal Experience Interview and make the final decision on your application. Some FIT interview questions might be asked too, then will present an experience case where we will be looking for:

    - The approach you take to solving problem

    - How analytical and creative your thinking is

    - your communication skills in conveying your ideas

    - your leadership skills and how you demonstrate your teamwork

    During the PEI interview we will ask you to present a mini-­case based on your professional or academic experiences. The mini­case requires you to describe a strategic project you worked on and elaborate on the approach you took to develop a hypothesis and recommendation, as well as the steps to put the recommendation into action.

  • Accepted applicants will be onboarded and will undergo a 16-week training program that covers all aspects of data governance. Our state-of-the-art technological platform and experienced trainers will help you gain practical, hands-on experience and develop essential skills that meet the needs of top businesses.
