We make a significant investment in the process of accelerating your career during your 16 weeks of extensive training, which is why we have an agreement in place that requires you to work for us and/or our clients for a period of 18 months following the completion of your training program. During this time, you will be able to work on several interesting projects and keep improving your technical and professional skills in data governance. After training, you will be assigned to work for 18 months on projects with one of our Elite partners, where you will apply all the data governance technical and professional skills you learned during your training to solve our partner’s challenges. You will gain great experience on-site that will help you further develop your skill set and strengthen your understanding of data governance. Also, during these 18 months, you will be exposed to ongoing development resources and accreditations from our technology partners. This combination of great training, exposure to real client projects and challenges, and ongoing development opportunities will significantly accelerate your career and make you an expert in the data governance field.
